Except for John H Beebe, who was able to find a buyer (the shareholders of Perihelion Global) willing to pay such an unjustifiable price for assets that were owned by him personally. Does that show appropriate fiduciary responsibility that comes with the position of CEO of a publicly traded company?

Maybe that is a question that would best be answered in a Court of Law. Certainly there are laws in this land that govern publicly traded companies, and the fiduciary responsibilities of the individuals that make decisions for them, are there not?
