Cuz hitting a wall, with an expectation of a want being fulfilled(inner working of co.s) to you, does not mean the co. is not doing, just what it said it was doing. Ie; beating the street. Using the tool designer as an example. Exactly knowing the persons name, didn't mean much, did it?
