funny thing about the :02 you show, after I sent that post, Scottrade changed it to :00.
Me thinks, nobody has their act together today, nor have they for months now (markets in general, I guess).
Put in a "buy" @.06 order today @ 10:30ish and am still waiting. Marked it AON, all or none, good for the day, so time will tell. Now ASK @ .07, let the games begin!
