the plan is no where close to being implemented. the fed wouldnt have go to short term paper if they didnt need to thats a really bad sign.(that means business's and banks want take any commerical paper so the fed is forced too).. They still have yet to value the assets they want to buy.. idk y they pushed for a fast resolution without even doing all this. it's also stupid how the fed and treasurery are working as one.. wasnt our gov supposed to do the opposite? haha
