IMPO a PR from the company explaining the delays in the progress of its past PRs would not be considered "FLUFF" PR's by anyone. It would show that the company is still interested in the "Investors" it has. I would agree a PR a week with no meat is an empty sandwhich. Moaning is not IMPO producing any PR's because he wants the "HOPE" to stay alive with the steady flow of "Traders" he has, The SEC would look at him pretty hard if he produced any further PR's that were false and misleading. I read somewhere that they were cracking down on the companies that do that. Maybe he is smart enough to hold back and let the "Chips" fall where they may. Trips in the next few days IMPO.
