yep short scare tactic uaually but I wish they would either do it or not mention it!I got slammed in UNSP as it stated a 1 for 1 share to a spin off,then it said 1 to 1/2 share,then they lost a law suite and crashed,then announced no spin off until further notice!Its been months with no news about it,stock is .0006 from .33 = no fun.A real mess all over a 4 1/2 million $ settlement!Got to watch it,they do some of these pump plays to get you in um and dont always do it!
