You would think by now (after years of same detrimental effect..) they would learn the investing public is interested in real hard numbers not how many koolaide drinkers there are who voted in their favor, or blaming someone (the economy this time) for lack of results.
Oh well, I guess a lot of those folks don't really care if they lose millions (like Gamble who lost $2.5 mil on that single PR).
