The SEC's Emergency Order on Short Sales in securities of certain financial firms expires at 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday October 8, 2008.


The SEC's Order lifting 10b-18 time and volume restrictions remains in effect until 11:59 pm ET on Friday, Octoer 17, 2008.
