IMO, they couldn't start writing to Bloomberg's API until AFTER the contract was signed. As IW said, Bloomberg saw something they really liked sitting on the showroom floor but they wanted leather seats and a bigger engine with loud pipes and fatter tires. That's what Spooz is working on now, IMO. When that is delivered the testing and bug elimination can begin. These things take time and you don't want to rush the product out to the customers unless everything is right.
