it is simple,
buy QLD and/or Call when QQQQ is going up,
buy QID and/or PUT when QQQQ is going down
buying/selling signal is the key, your TA skill should have no problem to find entry and exit, IMO


My posting is for my own entertainment, do your own DD before pushing your buy/call button
