we have several issues here that most investors dont seem to understand. this is a pink sheet non reporting issue. they by law dont have to disclose report or issue anything to anyone at all. morally they are really off the wall with this type of behvavior and if they find themself in need of cash will have real issues trying to get anyone to invest with them but they are not out of compliance. what their true motives are are as of yet not known it may revesrse split and become worthless. it may rise up. ill stay the course and watch what happens. most markets are not good now. i have a lot of this one and i really hope for many reasons it works out. who knows. its a two year hold. most likely its gone but who knows
