I count a total of 3 times that Galo took over a MONTH to issue a POST since he became CEO and President of PRSU now BIHC in JULY of 2007
**** THERE are 15 months
***** 3 months took over a month.
80% of the time Mr.Galo is PUNCTUAL in my opinion~
