WRONG,,, At this point in the suit, I would expect any and all lawyers involved for PBLS would be on a contingent basis. So, I see no reason to get a damage award delayed for PBLS by legal counsel. The bank has already lost the legal part of the case and now are awaiting damage assessment from the courts.....
