Mike, That article quotes a speaker at the 2008 IEEE Santa Clara Valley Electron Devices symposium, which was on Thursday Oct 2. Bush just signed the solar, wind and clean-energy projects incentives bill into law on Friday the 3rd. Are you referring to some other tax credit issue?
