Composite Holdings Announces Revenues From A Joint Venture

LAS VEGAS, Apr 9, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Composite
Holdings, Inc. ("Composite Holdings") (Formerly known as Composite
Industries of America, Inc.) (OTC Bulletin Board: CIAI) is pleased to
announce revenues of approximately $72,000 from a Joint Venture entered into
between Composite Holdings, Inc. and KNOCKOUT! SPORTS NETWORK, INC. (KSPN).
KSPN is engaged in the business of worldwide sports promotion. In
particular, KSPN and Composite Holdings, through their Joint Venture,
successfully produced and promoted a fight event held at the "Stardust Hotel
and Casino" in Las Vegas on March 23rd, 2002.

The event was staged as the "BATTLE OF THE CHAMPIONS." The event was a
Martial Arts event, "KICKBOXING vs. MUAY THAI." The fight was showcased to
"experience the most aggressive fighting in Martial Arts" (Full Contact:
Feet, Knees, Fists and Elbows). This event was authorized and administered
by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

The fighters included such notables as: Kit Cope, William Sriyapai, Angela
Rivera, Manson Gibson, Melchor Menor, Aberto Ramirez, Ben Garcia, Daniel
Dawson, John Wayne Parr, Rodtung, Turbo, and Jongsanan Fairtex.

The Joint Venture is currently reviewing the scheduling of several major
events, all to be held in Las Vegas for the remainder of this year. As soon
as venues, fight cards and approved fight dates by the Commission are
established, announcements will be made.
