and do you think he (Pagnano)would even show up in court? Look at all the lien judgments already against WEHI! You'd be in a long line of creditors. WEHI doesn't even pay prize winners what they are owed and last I heard, they haven't paid the court judgment against them.

A law firm wouldn't take the case on contingency, because there is little chance of recovering anything from the company. They can't/won't pay if they are basically broke, which they are.
