PCMC to Participate in EQUITIES MarketSite Conference

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 10/06/08 -- Public Company Management Corporation (OTCBB: PCMC) announced today that it will participate and present at the EQUITIES MarketSite Conference in New York on October 10, 2008. The conference is designed to bring together emerging growth companies with brokers, fund managers, investment professionals, and active retail investors. Taking place at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York's Times Square, the conference provides a high-visibility setting.

Bob Beers, PCMC's VP of Business Development, will present the company's business model, recent developments, and future opportunities. A Q&A session will follow and representatives from PCMC will be available to answer questions about the company.
