I don't think they need RD-1 for a deal. The deal they'll get for RD-2 alone won't be as good, but the nice thing is, cor doesn't have a choice. They have to partner with somebody on something in the next few months or fold.

When all is said and done, I don't think we're wrong about the value of the IP. Good IP isn't sufficient for success in biotech, but it is necessary, it is rare, and it is the hardest part to get done. Cor may still find a way to screw it up, but they don't have to, irrespective of RD-1.

Let's hope this week brings good news.
