Just checked out Clayton's website.

This bit is still there, but yet no audited financials are posted. In fact, I find absolutely NO pertinent information on the site whatsoever!

He don't put up filings on his own site, he's too cheap to put them up at Pink Sheets, he's not registered with the SEC! Scared to be? Or just too cheap. LOLOL Clayton should just stick to letting his wife run the optical shop and forget the public company bit....he wasn't even much of a pumper for his buddy way back when.
