Still waiting for you to provide this info, can't really talk about any other topics with you until you back up this earlier post or were you just bluffing about this. It's OK if you made this part up just confess to the board you made it up....or provide the proof. Post some K's that said there was a contractual obligation to maintain a minimum stock price.

I never read any K that said if a stock price went below a certain price some type of deal was off please post a couple of examples. If you don't post any examples of a K with this type deal in it everyone on the board will know you are making things up again.
