Viper I agree and now even big stocks are getting naked shorted and defaults on SHo listed etc. I am interested when they turn over all the rocks with looking at why Bear S. failed failed etc what they find. IMO Sec only started dealing with shorting abuse when it got into big boards. Reminds me now of what lead to Sarbanes Oxly rules being created years ago.
