I purchased some chump change into this stock a couple of weeks ago. I saw this as a potential long term opportunity as our nation has not focused on its infrastructure for many years and will have to address the problem sooner or later. With all the budget nonsense going on in DC and California I'm afraid it might be a bit longer unless there are contracts in the works that haven't been announced. Is this the understanding as well from others that are following this stock?
