You're missing the point here guy. I came on to the board after I had already made my purchases. Were you expecting a formal announcement of some kind? When I own shares in a stock, I always protect the downside. The "in case" is the belief that I don't know what is going to happen nor do I completly understand the motives of others. For you to believe, that you do, is ridiculous and naive. As it now appears that the price is holding up around the .004 area, and now we know that the filings will arrive on or before 8/15, the probability of the this going higher is greater, IMO, than it is of this going lower. You can't be such a believer that you dismiss the probability of anything negative occuring. Read the signs and adjust accordingly.
