MORE PROOF The Beeber Defrauded the people of Opp Alabama! Time for a Class Action Law Suit! Him and his LOCAL CRONIES SCREWED THE LOCALS! They knew that they would NEVER have 100 high paying JOBS! TexCom of Houston announced plans in June to build a biodiesel production facility at the Tulsa Port of Catoosa. Initial production is expected to total 35 million gallons per year using soybean oil. The plant expects to have about 19 employees.
