Think if you were NUBV CEO - given the worst weeks in the overall markets happened when you wanted to launch , wouldnt it be wise to hold off a bit more until the markets stabilize some?

To launch into this mess wouldnt be a good idea.

Volume will return IMO and news will start back , just like we passed the court mess , we now are going through a quiet period

people just get upset now that oct 1st passed and all is still quiet , and now everyones just jumping to conclusions with no real info to support it all
