There is one other important sentence in Dr. Pennington's statement and it is: "If the previous findings are confirmed in early stage disease, then a new paradigm for screening for common cancers will exist."

My comment: From what is stated in the above quote it is fair to say that, if the RECAF saliva test does not detect early-stage cancer when that testing occurs, a new paradigm for screening for common cancers would not exist and any excitement created by today's press release would not mean much. kag
