I agree. There needs to be more oversight, even in the pennies. We have all invested our hard earned money here, and deserve an honest chance to make money with our investment. These companies are at the whim of whomever manipulates them, and I don't think it's fair. A good company with growth etc should have a fair share price, not be driven into the ground.

I hope this company eventually does honor their statement about the buyback and lowers the a/s or o/s or whatever back to make this stock attractive to new investors again.

I think their should be oversight over companies who relentlessly dilute as well, despite promises to the contrary.
