Understand your concern as the announcement from JS re: the GOM rig sounded as if signing would occur as soon as a meeting with the crew was held. Obviously, there has been time for such meeting and those of us not in the "oil patch bidness" get frustrated at how slowly we perceive events to occur. Those responding to you are aware of the delay but see no major change in the situation as they say things take time (due to the amount of monies being bandied about, scheduling/ prioritizing rig placement, etc)and they will wait for the announcement to occur (whenever that is , who knows, may be no earlier than the end of the year).

Obviously not an easy stock for those requiring a short timeframe result, but to those expecting the slowness for events to play out (which seems the norm for the industry) nothing of import has changed and responders get testy toward anyone berating the lack of speed in negotiations.

We all vent from time to time and we all get negative comments for same but that is just part of this board. We all (or at least most) still agree we have a fantastic opportunity in this stock but it is not going to come quick enough for anyone.
Just happens to be your turn to take some hits.
