You are quite correct in saying that it is "our company". A lawsuit would only drive this company into bankruptcy with no benefit at all to the investors. I think it is prudent to wait and see how things will filter out over the next few days. If this is all an attempt by those who are shorting this stock to drive the prices down then that is the most criminal activity of all. It may all be perfectly legal but is morally criminal.Even though things look really bad right now the share price is better than I expected. I don't have any choice here but to wait and see....if we can hang in and overcome these issues we'll be OK. They are still down there working. Just called this afternoon. Business as usual. SH
