What is up with this news today? We are looking for information about the alleged merger. You have not provided information to your shareholders which you have disclosed would be coming by specific dates within past press releases. When asked about the merger, we heard there was news coming this morning and all we've got is golf programing news. Is there more to come?

What about the dividends (ZCMN) that we were supposed to get at close of biz day yesterday?

You really need to communicate with the shareholders regarding the merger. It seems this has fallen apart, in my opinion.
