thousands of websites are undoubtedly updated, upgraded and revamped each month across the planet while their existing functions and features remain operational.

Maintaining client/visitor/customer continuity and avoiding service interruptions is a key component in the planning of any changes to a live website if not the key component.

That the Cytogenix website has been down for days now without even the barest of explanations to its shareholders or a change in its status no matter how brief which would indicate attempts to repair the trouble are not indicative of a metamorphosis.

I strongly doubt that the search for the alleged $5M in funding is ably assisted by a non-functioning website.
