For the benefit of folks, I just got off the phone with Errol Stone at 141, at this number, which always has been their non-toll-free number:

Let me quote him verbatim: "We have always had telephones—just changed providers. Our number has been and remains 312-265-3767."

Also, he said, again quoting him exactly: "There have been delays in our new website and I have been assured it will be up early next week."

As Allie said, apparently an unnamed customer relationship (nudge nudge, wink, wink) has enabled them to reduce certain unspecified monthly expenses and to consolidate offices. In my conversation with him, I emphasized that I personally thought they might need to generate an additional PR that officially states that they are consolidating and are looking at lower monthly costs and so forth. We'll see if they comply.

Oh, and another snippet of our conversation was, again quoting him verbatim:
"Rest assured that we are in business."

And

"Did you see our press release this morning? There have been delays in our new website and I have been assured it will be up early next week."


In any event, their phone number until the consolidation and the new web page etcetera (Next Week???) will be 312/265-3767.

And I encourage anyone and everyone to take quarter, drop it in the slot, and make a long distance call to confirm what I am conveying here (and also, folks might just take the opportunity to do a little DD to see if a few new tidbits of info can be pried out of them LOL).
