The company is making progress. While it all is still moving slowly in my opinion, the fact that it is moving forward at all in this credit environment is worth some positive sentiment by all. It is troubling to think that the company might be hitting its stride just as the world is no longer willing to lend to it's would be customers (I cite the move by BofA to cease providing credit to Mcdonald franchisees as an example). This would render the customer base for uWink to be from the cash reserves of the restaurant operators. This is an area the company can still do well with. I say this because the thesis I have on the company REMAINS that their software helps reduce labor costs.

Getting the large block of shares out of the way is something I would have expected to be followed by a relief rally. Instead we are facing the headwinds of the current market environment and being blocked from such a rally. Market makers in most all stocks take no risk and are acting to ensure liquidity, but at the detriment of price (again this is happening at all stocks).

We cleared the big block at $0.42, which is the level the stock sat at my last post. We now have about 10% of the company purchased near the $0.50 level. The bulls need to hope this is enough to make a floor. The bears need more of the few large investors to throw in the towel for it not to be the floor.

Either way, the company has no debt. The company just needs there to be a functioning economy around them to have a chance to do well. This bailout/rescue bill would at least not hurt the company. It actually should help, but I would be streching facts to say it is a certain positive.

My point of this post is to say only that I am still positive on the company and still excited for the potential of the stock.

Please keep the first hand accounts of visiting the locations coming as I appreciate those most of all on this board. I am just sad to have to wade through so many useless posts to get to those. I have still only been to the Woodland Hills location over a year ago, but will post my review of things when I get a chance to get to CA.

I still hold out true hope for McDonald Ventures or Delaware North to come in and own this technology. It seems like a no brainer for that to happen, but again we need a functioning economy to make those possibilities be considered possible realities.
