From the video, it appears that Bill Smith is saying the air force contract is locked up, and all the new cars in Thailand are going to be using Digiflex. I believe we are not seeing the stock respond to a greater degree is that most investors are like me, we don't know if we can believe Bill Smith. There have been no PRs from the company, so we are left to figure out if Bill Smith is being truthful to the investors.
