The proper context of gte_gold's quote can actually be viewed on video of the APRIL city council meeting of Villa Park -- i have gone through much of the video to make it easier for everyone to find it quickly... OneFi was discussed and unanimously APPROVED - this is the proper context - that they were approving the installation -- NOT ASKING THAT IT BE REMOVED. One of the council members just simply asked for time-line so that in case it didn't work out, the city wasn't stuck with it...
