Might want to bone up a bit on taxes before you find some new excuse for LYING TOM!!! Businesses that have write-offs usually have some profitable division in which to offset the losses. If everything is losing money, where would you offset the HUGE losses of Seaweed?

DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gawd, isn't it awful when reality effects your "I wannabe a penny stock millionaire" fantasy!!
