I loved the book. I have not been a particularly religous person in that I don't go to Church regularly but I have a strong moral compass that I have always followed.

My favorite passage in the book has to do with emotions.
" Emotions are the colors of the soul; they are spectacular and incredible. When you don't feel, the world becomes dull and colorless."
"Paradigms power perception and perceptions power emotions. Most emotions are responses to perceptions--what you think about a given situation. If your perception is false then your emotional response to it will be false too. So check your perceptions and beyond that check the truthfulness of your Paradigms--what you believe. just because you believe something firmly doesn't mean it is true. Be willing to examine what you believe. The more you live in the truth the more your emotions will help you see clearly."
