CARSON CITY, NV, Sep 29, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Victory Energy Corporation (OTCBB: VYEY) announced today that Rick May has been removed from the Board of Directors for cause. The Corporation is actively pursuing his replacement.
