Clayton simply has not shown RESULTS yet. If he can do this I think the stock will turnaround. I will be a buyer if he:

- Delivers a signed SNV contract
- Fixes the divy issue
- Provides PROOF that the buybacks have been completed.

Anyone of those things and I am in.
