Gary202...The only way for 269 to be the correct number of common stock holders would be along the lines of what carpenter postulates in post #153.

"...wlgs believes Michael Lynch is a majority shareholder."
As far as the reference to Lynch, I believe that WLGS is simply making its best attempt at disclosing who the majority shareholders are, as is required of them, while at the same time essentially admitting that they are not able to verify how many shares Lynch actually holds.
