Aurora Acquisition Corp (AURC)

I'm from Germany, so I tried to call the German Office of IIC in Spain but nobody answered on the phone.

I looked over their webpage and even their webpage violates european law, because of their imprint not showing all required information.

They offer "subscription of shares" from Spain because they know that this is not allowed from Germany without permission from the German BaFin (our SEC).

My opinion: IIC is just a joke. I realy hope there is no connection with AURC. If AURC has anything to do with this that would be the ultimate proof for AURC being a scam!

I will try to call them again tomorrow.
