Considering he used to be in the construction business I would say yes.
Considering he takes shareholder calls himself instead of spending money on an IR person or firm I would say yes.
Considering he snubbed his nose at the embezzlement attempt from pink sheets dot com I would say yes.
Considering he hired a retired Rear Admiral which lends to great credibility I would say yes.
Considering he hired incredible tech people that had opportunities to go to Silicon Valley and make huge money I would say yes.

All in all I would say yes he is a do-it-yourselfer.

Please do not make investment or trading decisions based on what you read from a stock board. Do your due diligence before buying any stock especially a penny stock. The stock market is where money is transferred from the impatient to the patient
