Lucky finally got my notification of the increased AS and split from good old TS came by snail mail. I noticed they only listed 2 reasons for the increase and R\S they forgot # 3 to allow TS to support his lifestyle for awhile longer with dilution and BS about increased shareholder value, only shareholder that value increased on was TS and his family and close friends that owned the preferr's. Out and out crooked dealing IMHO and I await the day he slips and comes face to face with me. I have a surprise welcoming committee for him.
