Maybe it's a good thing that they didn't file.

Possible Scenario:
Wait for ENHD to start trading and sell some shares.
Take proceeds from ENHD to do share buyback. They are able to buy a lot of shares.
Increase our pps while decreasing the outstanding shares.
Takes us closer to the $1.00 mark.
