Too bad more people weren't warned earlier about the Pagnano money-losing history of ventures. He made plenty of money, but completely destroyed his own shareholders in the process.....multiple times.

I wonder if the huge number of judgment liens in florida and the court judgment and prize money still owed and shares owed to original shareholders will prevent the merger altogether.

This may prevent more people from getting suckered into his schemes. I'm surprised the Florida attorney general hasn't just shut his operation down long ago, IMO.
