In terms of FASC, they sold a KDS to a company for use in clay processing, and were paid for it.

What the purchasing company ultimately does with their KDS is up to them. It is not FASC' or any selling company's responsibility, for that matter, to further monitor the progress or lack thereof of a buying company in question.

Agreed that you could certainly make the point that the KDS use or non-use for ALMI halloysite clay was not anything that FASC could use to hinge on future such sales.

But FASC has sold KDS to a wide variety of other companies now.

There is no conspiracy based on a single sale.......at least as far as FASC is concerned.
