Me thinks the idea was to uplist.....then reveal the NI43-101 report to greater audience with much DEEPER pocket$.....this would have a more profound effect on shareprice, IMO.

Anyway.....NI43-101 report would have significant effect on share price wether it is before or after uplisting.......
