Actually i agree with you. There has to be personal responsibility again. But this is just the beginning a stop gap, if you will, to do that. The plan is just a loan, not a fix. When the markets go back up these loans will be sold back! Also, the plan is not to use the whole 700 at all. The gov, will be buying assests, holding and then reselling later... way less than what the media portrays.
