They should be bailing out the middle class taxpayers. Normalize mortgages to current home values. That would free up most families to spend more within their local economies. Overall major benefit to the US economy. The way it is, the rich are bailing out the rich and we'll be paying more to cover them, thus spending less in our local economies.
