They can still file before 5:30 with the SEC and have tomorrow's date on the annual!
Gruber is still the auditor! They have to make sure everything is GOOD before signing off, they have their own reputation at stake also!
Aero did the right thing by filing for an extension-they have 30 more days if needed and that will lend them for still filing on time!
